Working directly with the CEO to activate a number of important firm initiatives: building an Experiential Graphic Design capability, developing new tech-enabled consulting company, creating a thought leadership platform and process; reinforcing a design culture through collaborative team initiatives; and communicating and practicing the firm's 'collective ambition' across three offices.
Worked directly with COO on initiatives to develop and communicate LPK’s point of view on experience design. Developed strong client and cross-capability team relationships. Offered consultation and expertise to in-house teams on brand experience design, conceptual development, sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Virtual coaching for creative business owner from ideation to launch: business planning, development of an offering, market research, pricing, test-market identification, training strategies, and sales structures. The brand and company were sold within two years for a healthy profit.
